This latest issue of the annual magazine Aron’s Journey has just been published. This magazine documents the work of the Art Climate Collective Japan (ACCJ), a project that explores the intersections of the climate crisis and the art sector that was started in 2024 by the non-profit organization Arts Initiative Tokyo (AIT). Kosuke Ide, editor-in-chief of Subsequence, will be part of their latest issue.
The ACCJ tackles climate change and the environmental crises from the field of art and attempts to enable thought-provoking dialogue and create opportunities for discussion. In addition to a recap of their workshops and symposiums, the issue also features discussions between members alongside translations and general information. A particular highlight are the illustrations and photographs by Aron Landahl, the titular Aron, among the pages.
Aron’s Journey is published in paperback as a limited run of 800 copies. The digital version of the magazine can also be viewed online for free on the ACCJ’s official website. Please have a look.
