Tsukikage World Textiles Exhibition

An exhibition by Mayuko Hirota , the director of Tsukikage World Textiles who worked for twenty-one years as a curator in an art gallery specializing in textiles, will be held in Kyoto this October. This exhibition offers an opportunity to explore the world of textiles with a focus on Indian embroidery, but also Coptic textiles from ancient Egypt, ancient Andean textiles, as well as unique textiles from Indonesia, China, Japan, Africa, and more.
